| Eligibility | The first author must be a member of ISMRM or ISMRM JPC. |
1. Eligibility & Membership
- The first author of the abstract must be a member of either ISMRM or ISMRM-JPC.
- ISMRM-JPC has no annual membership fee. Non-members of ISMRM can join ISMRM-JPC as “Ordinary Members” free of charge.
- Membership Categories: Full Member, Trainee Member, and Ordinary Member.

2. Review Process, Copyright & Publication Policy
- Peer Review: Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee.
- Copyright: Copyright of the abstract remains with the author(s).
- Publication Rights: ISMRM-JPC waives the right to publish works related to the presented academic results.
- Secondary Use: Abstracts will only be published in the official abstract book distributed for academic discussions during the meeting. They will NOT be made available online or used for any secondary purposes. You are welcome to present unpublished data with confidence.

| 応募資格 | 演題の筆頭著者は ISMRM または ISMRM-JPC の会員に限ります。（会員費はありません） |
1. 応募資格・会員登録について
- 演題の筆頭著者は、ISMRM または ISMRM-JPC（日本支部） の会員である必要があります。
- ISMRM-JPCは年会費無料です。ISMRM本部の非会員の方も「Ordinary Member」として無料でご入会いただけます。
- 未入会の方は、以下より入会手続きの上ご応募ください。
- 会員区分：Full Member / Trainee Member / Ordinary Member

2. 査読・著作権・出版ポリシー
- 査読：投稿された抄録は、大会委員会にて査読を行います。
- 著作権：抄録の著作権は著作者に帰属します。
- 出版権：ISMRM-JPCは、学術成果に関する著作物の出版権を放棄します。
- 公開範囲：ご提出いただいた抄録は、会期当日に学術的議論で使用する抄録集にのみ掲載します。インターネットでの公開や二次利用は一切行いません。未発表のデータ・研究内容であっても、安心してご発表いただけます。

- Awards will be presented for outstanding presentations in both categories:
- General Category (一般)
- Early Career Category (<8 years post-PhD）/ 若手枠：（院生および博士号取得後8年未満 )
