ご挨拶

Yuhei Takado, MD, PhD
Chair, The 11th Annual Scientific Meeting of the ISMRM Japanese Chapter
Dear colleagues,
It is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 11th Annual Scientific Meeting of the ISMRM Japanese Chapter (ISMRM-JPC).
The ISMRM-JPC was established in 2016 as the Japanese chapter of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), the world’s largest organization dedicated to magnetic resonance research. Since its establishment, the chapter has provided a platform for researchers and clinicians across diverse disciplines to exchange ideas and share the latest advances in magnetic resonance science and medicine.
This year, we are returning to our roots and will hold the meeting as an independent ISMRM-JPC conference for the first time in several years. MRI and related technologies continue to evolve through collaborations among researchers in medicine, engineering, physics, chemistry, computer science, and many other fields. In this spirit, we hope to create an environment that encourages open, active, and interdisciplinary discussions among participants.
The meeting will be held in Okazaki in January 2027. We warmly welcome researchers, clinicians, students, and trainees from all backgrounds and career stages. We especially encourage young investigators to join us, present their work, and engage in scientific discussions.
I sincerely look forward to meeting you in Okazaki and sharing an inspiring and productive meeting together.
